A Large update on a number of our products in our last newsletter of 2024!
Introduction
Hello All!
Welcome back to the Weekly Newsletter!
As you will know, there has been no newsletter for the last two weeks as some of our team have been away in Wales working with another company.
But, back to the issue at hand, this will be a long newsletter and the last for a little while, and I shall tell you for why.
Winter Break
Starting off with an important update. Our team works incredibly hard all year round in order to get everything out. It has come time for us to take some time away, reset, recharge, and see family and friends.
The team will be taking some well deserved time off from the 18th of December, to the 6th of January. This is not to say that no work whatsoever will take place, the nature of the time off is up to each person. Some members will continue to have things simmering away, but by and large this is time for the team to rest up ready for 2025.
Tri Slider Aztecs - Original Run
With the trip to Wales, as well as the Grey Aztecs now done and out of the way, attention turns to the Original Tri Slider Run!
Kas will be working on getting all the prep work done in the next week, with gluing parts together and getting things tapped ready for assembly.
Dan will also be lending a hand with getting the internal sliding sections tapped ready to send to Kasim.
Josh H has also been working on getting the Blue Strips painted up and sent to Kasim!
He will also be working on getting a new electronics section prototyped after some small issues with the previous attempt. Kas will continue to work on the Tri sliders on and off throughout the winter break.
15th Toy Stands
The 15th Toy stands are still in production, with our original batches having already been sold and sent out! Kas has more Gold material arriving tomorrow ready to cut many more batches ready for customers.
A big thanks to Josh H who inked and assembled a number of 15th Toy Stands while we were away!
These will be inked and assembled in the next few weeks!
McCoy/ McGann Tools
The final batch of McCoy/ McGann Tools will be sent out next week, now that more postage boxes have arrived.
Kas has also finished off the last of the foam for the tins!
Spider Sapphire Crystals
Unfortunately due to an issue with the clear coat the Spider Sapphire Crystals will have to be sanded down again. Once this is done, they will be ready for clear coating again. These will likely be sent out the week after next!
Closed Dials
All closed dial orders have been cast and glued together, they just need to be buffed and weathered. Once that is complete, they will be sent out!
Driving Licence Holders
Batch one of the Driving Licence Holders, will be sent out next week, with the remaining orders sent out the week after that!
Kasim is working extremely hard to get them done and sent out!
Alexander Green Bamboo Socks
All outstanding orders have now been sent out, and any new orders will be sent out as quickly as possible!
Crystal McGann Tools
Josh M will be working on the Crystal McGann Tools over the next week and into the winter break. Once we all return in the new year they will have their electronics installed, and then will be sent to Kasim to send out in their Collectors Edition packaging!
Small Items
Small items such as Museum Leaflets, Tool Posters, Playing Card Decks and Socks will be sent out the day after purchase up until the 17th of December. From then orders will likely be sent out in the new year.
Fossilised Stone Hands
Josh H has been working very hard on getting some Fossilised Stone Hands done and shipped out!
Grandad Tools
All Grandad Tool parts have now been sanded and primed ready for their painting! These will be painted over the next few weeks, ready for completion in the new year!
Troughton Penlights
The stands are laser cut, the electronics sections are printed and Kasim is ready to solder and install the electronics in all the parts!
Kas will be doing this over the next few weeks for a January dispatch!
Thank You!
So! That concludes the final newsletter of 2024, we would like to take this moment to thank everyone for their support over the past year. It has been an interesting year, with some great highs and some difficult lows. We are excited to see what 2025 brings us!
